crazy....days

 It's spirit week at school! Crazy hair day, sports day, mismatch day, hawaiian day. The girls are always excited to wear something besides their uniforms. I love the simplicity of uniforms!

Hannah is an all around terrific girl! She is growing up and I really like the

Our fun dad is back!

 When we only had 2 kids, Katie and James we would go to the neighborhood park after work and play baseball or roller hockey. I think it has been 10 years since we have played. Now that Grant has been released and his evenings are free, we are doing some fun family activities in the evenings.

James was 4 years old and Katie was 7, now Katie is 20 and James 17! Time flies!

We bought Grant and I rollerblades 18 years ago. They have lasted a long time. They were good skates, but they are old. While he was playing hockey his skate started to crack and make a dying noise. There you have it... a broken skate. It has lived a good life. 

 Being the goalie is HARD work! She is taking a short break!

Happy 16th Birthday Megan

This is Megan..

She is a cute girl & friend in our ward.

She turned sixteen last week. All she wanted for her birthday was

an insta gram account and for her favorite guy James to ask her on her very first date.

Thursday night came and James gave Megan a call to wish her happy birthday and see if he could take her out Saturday at 1pm to Bahama Bucks. She was so excited! She told me she hasn't been able to stop thinking about him during the day and at night. He is so C-U-T-E!

They doubled with Braxton and Camille. Her mom said, "James has made her minute, hour, 

day, month, year, and life!" 

Happy 16th Birthday Megan!

I was sitting at the kitchen island talking with James after school. I said, "I want you to know that out of all the things you do, the things you are talented in, what matters the most is your character. You are a young man with a strong character. That is what I am most proud of.

Mormon Prom

 James is a Junior. He asked Kendall Becker to Mormon Prom.

She said "Yes" in a whole bunch of languages!
