June trip to Utah

We came to Utah for 2 reasons:

1. Paul Coon's 40th birthday party
2. To get James set up with his mission clothes
Mr. Mac served us well! They are the missionary store!

I love my son. I am going to miss him! But, I couldn't be more happy for him!

June 20, happens to be a very special day for Grant and I.
We have been married for 24 years! WHAT?
Time has gone by so fast.
We were downtown Salt Lake on our anniversary.
Grant is 47 and I am 43,
so we know how old we were on our 24th anniversary.

The SLC Temple grounds were so gorgeous!

We were missing Katie and Grant Boyd. They are such a big part of our family.

Because of tradition we went to the "Lion House" restaurant for lunch. We saw a lady that had a dark, manicured mustache. She was growing a mustache on purpose. It was strange.

On the way up to SLC we picked James up from his priest's High Adventure in Zion's National Park. The hiked, road mountain bikes down the mountain a lot, repelled, and camped all week. James was glad to have a shower and food again.
Hannah - such a cute girl!

These two girls love to climb trees. This old large tree was tempting to climb.

On Saturday some of the cousins/family went up American Fork canyon to have a picnic and play.
We found Aspen Groves. WOW! Was that beautiful. We have never been there but we know lots of families that have. We decided maybe we should check it out for our next family reunion.
Grant and I liked the swings.

 Cute little western town.

John Wayne and Grant Coon are real men!
