More Birthday fun!

Annie wanted to take her friends from school to the lake.  Friday was a 1/2 day at school. The perfect day to take a bunch of kids boating. She wanted her favorite mint ice cream cake. She love Blue Bell mint ice crea the best. It's so great to turn 12 and be in YW's and not primary. She missed the primary program by 2 weeks. YEAH!

Happy Birthday Annie girl!

Our Annie is now 12 years old! I can't believe it! She grew up so fast!
Looking back at her baby pictures has made me a little sad.
She was such a honey. We called her our "little china doll."
She was so petite and sweet. But she had a huge, fun personality wrapped
in that little body.
Katie and James were thrilled to meet their new little sister. Grant went to their school and told the front desk lady he needed to get Katie and James out of school, that their little sister had been born. She announced that over the speaker. Everyone started to cheer and Katie jumped up, grabbed her back pack and took off running to the front office. She said that was so much fun. Grant took the kids to Albertson's for a donut and chocolate milk before they came to the hospital.  When they came to our room Annie was getting a bath. She was naked and screaming. The nurse wrapped her in her blanket and said she would bath her later. The kids washed their hands. Katie got to hold her baby sister first. She had dreamed of this day for such a long time.  You can see the love on Katie's face.
We were in California with our cousins. We road around town and Annie waved and giggled the whole time. I love this picture it shows her happy, fun personality.
She is such a little love!

Annie is creative!  She was happy with yard and a chair. For hours she would tie knots with yarn. She loves to create!
It was nap time for Hannah. I went in the babies room to put her down. Little did I know Annie got the RS directory and called her primary teacher. She didn't read yet. But she found her picture and dialed the number. On Sunday her primary teacher told me about their conversation. It went like this...
"Hi, this is Annie"
"How are you Annie?"
"Can I come over to your house and make cookies and have a tour of your house?
"Ok, thanks.. Bye"

That cracked me up. I had know idea she even called her teacher.
Not afraid to ask for what she wants...

Baptism pictures.
After Annie was baptized she came out of the water with a huge smile. She was so happy! We both went into the changing room and I was going to give her a big hug and tell her how proud I was of her choice to be baptized. She came in and started jumping and cheering... I did it! I am baptized!  Yipee! Jumping up and down with tons of energy! Again her little body couldn't hold back all of her excitement and energy!

Annie LOVES her dad! Her dad and a huge soft spot in his heart for her.

Skiing at snowbird, Utah
5am dropping her off at the church for girls camp!
If there is a climbing tree around Annie is climbing it!
Annie is very athletic and fit. She loves push ups, sit ups and running races. PE is her favorite class. She loves winning the boys in races and other sports. She is referred to as the "secret weapon."  Know one ever suspects that she will be great at capture the flag  until she has the flag and running back to win the game and know one can catch her! She is fast!

First day of 7th grade! Also she usually has scabs and bruises on her body, because she plays so aggressive!

She loves to dance and perform on stage!

Oh yes, and she wake boards!!! She is good at that too.
